Who we are

What we collect

When you send one of our contact forms we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, company size, your role, the report you would like us to look at, your industry, the topics you selected, preferred start date, your message and, if you completed it, your self-check result.

Why and on what legal basis

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before a contract), and to follow up on your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest).

Who processes the data for us

Form submissions are received by a server function running on Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages, which also hosts the website) and sent to our email system, Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation), where they are stored. The function does not keep a copy of your message. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case contract records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

This website does not use cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools.
